Vinyl collection contains at least one unlicensed track: the one by Yma Sumac from her 1971 Miracles album so it is safe to assume that the remainder are also unlicensed. This album is a bootleg and was apparently quite popular with East Coast (U.S.A.) D.J.s when it was released. The exact year of its release is unknown.
In some countries, such as the United States, where the public domain laws are different, this may be considered to be a Bootleg release. The Tiki logo is not on the actual artwork.
